Burnout and stress are not just signs of exhaustion — they are often a turning point, inviting you to realign with what truly matters. Together, we create space to pause, reset, and rebuild your energy on every level.

Many people experiencing stress or burn-out still function outwardly, while internally feeling depleted, overwhelmed, or unable to properly rest. Sleep may be disturbed, focus reduced, and emotions harder to regulate. In this state, the nervous system remains in survival mode, making recovery difficult without the right support.

Stress & Burn-Out Recovery focuses on restoring balance on a physical, emotional, and mental level. Recovery is not about pushing forward or returning to “normal” as quickly as possible — it is about slowing down, creating safety in the system, and allowing space for reflection and realignment.


Within this pillar, I work integratively with Coaching, Reiki, and Sound Healing, supporting both recovery and reorientation.

Stress and burn-out often develop gradually. What begins as pressure, responsibility, or the need to keep going can slowly turn into exhaustion, emotional overload, and a feeling of being disconnected from yourself.

Reiki

Reiki helps calm an overstimulated nervous system and supports deep relaxation. It allows the body to release stored stress and emotional tension, creating space for recovery and renewed energy over time.

Sound Healing

Sound Healing works through vibration and frequency, gently guiding the nervous system from survival mode into rest and restoration. This supports emotional processing, deeper relaxation, and improved sleep — all essential for burn-out recovery.

Coaching — finding direction after burn-out

Burn-out often raises deeper questions:

Do I want to return to the same work?

Does this role still fit who I am?

What do I actually enjoy?

Who am I without constant pressure and performance?

Coaching supports this phase of reorientation. Together, we explore identity, values, boundaries, and personal strengths. We look at what no longer fits, what energises you, and what kind of life and work feel aligned now — not from expectation, but from authenticity.

This process helps you reconnect with your authentic self, regain trust in your own direction, and make conscious choices about work, lifestyle, and relationships moving forward.
