Based on Ryōhō Usui Reiki
Reiki Level 1 is the first step in learning how to work consciously with energy and is based on traditional Ryōhō Usui Reiki, the original Japanese system of Reiki. This level focuses on self-healing, awareness, and grounding, and offers a solid foundation for working with Reiki in daily life.
The emphasis during Reiki Level 1 is on learning to sense, understand, and work with energy in a practical and respectful way. No belief system is required — the focus is on experience, presence, and awareness.
A grounded and personal approach
The training is guided by me as a certified Reiki Master, with a foundation in the Usui lineage. While honouring the traditional teachings, I also facilitate space for my own experience and insights, offering a balanced, safe, and supportive approach to learning Reiki.
Alongside the structured Reiki teachings, I work with strong energetic awareness and observation, developed through years of practice. This allows me to notice subtle patterns or shifts in energy that can help you better understand how Reiki works in your own body and experience.
Any observations are shared in a clear and practical way — always to support your learning and confidence, never to interpret or label.
