Sound Healing
Restoring balance through sound and vibration
Sound Healing uses sound and vibration to support the body and mind in slowing down, releasing tension, and returning to balance. The vibrations work directly on the nervous system, helping the body shift from a state of stress into deep relaxation.
In daily life, the constant flow of information, expectations, and external stimuli can create internal noise. Sound Healing offers a moment of stillness, allowing the body to reset and the mind to soften.
How Sound Healing works
During a session, you lie comfortably while a selection of sound healing instruments is used to create gentle, supportive vibrations around and through the body. These may include singing bowls, chimes, a shamanic drum, and other resonant instruments, carefully chosen and intuitively applied based on what you need in that moment.
Each instrument works with rhythm, vibration, and frequency to support deep relaxation, emotional release, and mental clarity. The body naturally responds to sound, allowing the process to unfold in a grounded and effortless way.
Because sound and vibration are experienced directly through the body, sound healing sessions are offered in person only.
No prior experience with sound healing is required.
What you may experience
• Deep relaxation and grounding
• Nervous system regulation and stress release
• Emotional softening or release
• Improved sleep and focus
• A greater sense of calm and clarity
Some people feel the effects immediately, while others notice subtle shifts over the days following the session.
For whom
Sound Healing is suitable if you feel overwhelmed, overstimulated, or disconnected from your body. It is also supportive during periods of stress, recovery, or transition.
Sound Healing can be experienced on its own or combined with Reiki and coaching for a deeper, more integrated approach.
In-person sessions only | By appointment
